We make the effort to listen carefully and truly understand your specific needs.  We can then pinpoint / target the those potential candidates in the target (and utilize a combination of classic and cutting edge methods to proactively recruit them).   Furthermore, since we maintain a massive network and following in the industry this offers us an additional level of efficiency and economy of scale.  A quicker path to reach the desired  candidates.  

We value your time. We will do everything possible to help you fill your positions quickly and efficiently, while avoiding the typical / frequent time wasters (i.e. reviewing countless unqualified resumes, speaking with inappropriate candidates...).

For Talent Scouting... Timing can be everything.. As our relationship evolves (and we better understand your specific needs / interest in candidates and uniqueness as an organization and opportunity) we can act as an effective talent scout.  Our network and following in the industry is key.  As a top tier candidate surfaces (often when  least expected), we can inform you right away. This may be that perfect "opportunistic" hire, or situation to upgrade in a key area of your organization.  Leaders in the industry are always on the lookout for top talent that may become available.

 Comprehensive Process - Search, Offer, Transition

Search Phase

Understand what makes your company unique, and what you are specifically looking for in a candidate.
Identity / Source / Target those individuals that meet those needs.
Direct Recruit.
If helpful or necessary, collaborate with our extensive partner networks.
Manage interviewing process, feedback on all sides, consistent communication regarding pipeline and activity.

Offer Phase

Assist with offer process.  Help determine and present a competitive, acceptable offer. 

Transition Phase

Keep in touch with both sides during full transitional phase (Candidate resignation, contact during time between positions,  Onboarding).
